********** contracts opened on my account

I've just upgraded my data contract with Telkom on the 22nd of December 2018 and I was so shocked to find out that I was owing them R14945.36 for January's bill. I went to their Westgate branch to find more information about this matter. I was shocked to death when their agent told me that I've opened two additional contracts for Iphone 8 and Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Further more, this ***** star used these devices to transfer air time that amounts to a total of R10,568.63, updated his software through "Google Play APP:BIGO TECH" and also made ridiculous amount of phone call which cost around R5000. Thanks to the agent who explained all of this to me and she even showed me my **** ID that was used to apply for these contracts. All the details on the ID were mine except the issued date and the photo which was not me that looks like some foreign national. I have reported this case to their ***** department and I want them to clear my name from these contracts because I've got nothing to do with them.
