Telkom Mobile is the worst service provider ever. Someone managed to take out 2 data contracts on my name **********ly. My ID number is listed with South African ***** Prevention Services. This means that I must come into the store with my ID, proof of address and the letter from SAFPS. How did someone manage to take out 2 contracts on my name TELEPHONICALLY with Telkom. Telkom has since been taking money out of my bank account. Everytime I contact them they just say the case is being investigated and I need to wait till it's done. In the meantime thousands of Rands are being taken out of my bank account.
