********** contract through Telkom Mobile

I have been the victim of a ********** contract taken out on my name through Telkom Mobile. I have not been with Telkom Mobile in any way, shape or form. I have tried to get in touch with them since the end of August and have been sent from pillar to post. They have informed me of the documents I would need, including going to the police department. That was all sent on 28 August and I am yet to hear from anyone at Telkom with the details of this ********** activity and what they are doing to protect my information.
