********** contract that has been open on my name now my number *** are blocked because of contracts that has been open on my name

I have been mistreated and ****** by telkom mobile since 2019 were consultants open a contract on my name without my permission I have cancelled an paid up contract on the 04/02/2019 of the number *** I got a case number and a form to fill in that it's closed not long after I got a statement for pro-rata to be paid in I did not get any money back I for an affidavit to state the my contract is paid up and that I did not open an contract with a number that start with 068 aswell as I did not upgrade a contract with the number 08152... But still I got Invoiced for it Randall was the agent tasneem was the supervisor I kept on phone and did the enquiries the phoned back and was rude to me I have send so many emails to customer support and complaints no reply or help telkom mobile don't have any customers service they ***** open ********** contracts on customers name and do nothing to help my account is blocked after I paid a r1750 on the 1/06/2022 up until today they just tell me I'm in advance but there is an outstanding amount on my name for a contract that was paid up no supervisor is willing to talk to me give me feedback the agent just keep on telling lies I must wait for 24 hours then nothing happen telkom has been doing this injustice to customer and my self for 3 years and nothing happens I'm using this *** that I can do nothing with because my name is on itc because of skelem behavior towards customers I'm really disgusted and disappointed for the service the have offered and mistreatment they have given me.
