I logged a dispute and 3 months after it Im still sitting with the same problem. I have 1 fixed line contract with them(R599) but I'm being charged for 2 since Feb 2020. I have phoned every month but it's still haven't been resolved. There are calls being made from that line and surely they can see from where because it's definitely not my address.
