********** contract cancellation 4month no results

I'm frustrated with Telkom Customer service, I've been trying for the past 3 month to cancel unauthorized debits for a contract take **********ly every time when i call their call center i speak to a different person all of them not helpful. Now my new normal is reversing debits with my Bank.

All this is happening after they requested documents form Affidavits and Bank statements.

Most disturbing thing whenever i make these calls, I have to ask people who use the network to make call s as I'm on a different Network.
