********** Contract

I have been waiting for telkom to sort out the ********** contract taken out in my name for over 3 weeks now no communications what so ever from them last when i submitted all the documents they requested. i check my credit profile and it says i owe them money which is not true i have NEVER app**** or took any contracts with them. There are ********** debit orders been deducted from my account without authorization for packages i have never signed off. Service is POOR struggling with customer service .
