Sold a ********** contract. Staff not trained, no one takes accountability. They refuse to send you copies of your contract. No response to emails with affidavits attached. You receive an occasional SMS to say that the problem has been resolved, however it never has been, and it never states an outcome. Overbilling, debit order reference changes to create the debit order amounts, and to debit more than once a month, never debited on the contract date. Everyone refers to a "back office", that deals with queries, but nobody can supply you with contact details for their "back office". Been fighting since the beginning of the year, and still no progress. Worst company that I have ever dealt with. Currently overbilled in excess of R 3000.
