Last month a Telkom moblie contact was **********ly opened on my name , I went at their branch in Somerset Mall and lady assisted me and advised that “Telkom’s ***** depart - ***** case ***0” will contact me. I haven’t received a call from Telkom and it’s a month later , I called Telkom’s contact center this week to find out the progress of the case and the lady told me the case is still open In other words “ nothing has been done” . This is very frustrating because Instead of Telkom resolving this issue they just debt my account and this will have negative impact on my scoring.
