********** complaint about Telkom

Good day

A month ago we received a call from a credit collectors advising that, my partner owes Telkom an amount of a cell phone that was taken and not paid not account has been handed over to them , to our shock my partner disputed and told he never open an account with Telkom ever, he was then advised to go to the branch an open a ***** case , which we did but two weeks later no feedback was provided and when we called to find out we were told the case was closed because of no proof of residence, but no one told us to submit it, well another case was open we email all required documents to Busi Zikode who was very helpful, she email us back the new case number that was yet again two weeks ago, up until today still no feedback was provided so we call in again to find out the outcome, we speak to Busi again luckily she advised that case was closed because they believe correct documents were used to the account, the account we telling them we don’t know of no one calls to tell us what is happening how are they investigating this and how did they reach the outcome, my partner never had a Telkom account he never opened or took a contract with Telkom, we really not happy with the feedback we receiving Telkom needs to fix this and remove this debt on my partners name and clear his , we want to know where was the account open, what documents was submitting to open that account who signed where is that phone and what banking details were provided to debit for this account, this damaging someone profile and Telkom is taking it lightly, a person can’t tell you they know nothing about a contract and go open a case for ***** with you and you just ignore everything and not provide any feedback and when we follow up you tell us correct documents were used, what documents are those how were they submitted who was working on that sales how did verify the client and where did they send or who did they give the phone, we want answers and for this to be resolved PLEASE.
