Telkom moved me from contract to prepaid without my consent and when I brought this to their attention, they refuse to resolve the issue. ********** activity that I have reported to the Ombudsman. You cannot speak to a manager as one is never available as agents are working from home. When asking to take the survey, agents are putting you on hold indefinitely until you hang up as they have provided poor service. Pathetic service.
