********** charges for services never provided

I entered into contracts with Telkom for phone and ADSL services. I have never received services. Telkom is non-responsive to complaints and I have cell records proving that I have phoned every day for 8 days with no answer. I have hung on for an average of 10 minutes per call listening to their inane music. Walk in services simply refer me to their call centre. PATHETIC. I dont know what else to do. Consumer Commission says stand in line against Telkom. It is a monopoly and they have no power of enforcement over Telkom.
