********** cellphone contract

<p>I have had debit orders on my bank account for cellphone contracts that I never took out and am finding it almost impossible to sort out. After numerous attempts at the call centre and emailing regarding the matter i finally got through to someone who said they would log a query on the system once I've emailed the documents. I sent through the documents but never received any reply or confirmation that the query has been logged or the contact details for the ***** department as requested so that I could follow up myself. The stopped debit order was handed over to debt collectors within 15 days even though I have been trying to solve the problem with them and the debt collectors are now trying to take 2.5 times the original debit order amount without any notification before hand. I am complaining now about the lack of assitance in solving this matter as well as the shockingly poor credit checks that were done before allowing a cellphone contract for 2 samsung galaxy s7 devices to be granted. a simple google search would have found glaring discrepancies in the apparent details given. I am on the verge of lodging a lodging a complaint with the national credit regulator if I cannot get some assitance shortly. </p>
