********** Cell phone contract

Early This month of October I got debit order R988 on my phone right on the date of my pay date, and I got stupid Bank stetement from Telkom with my address, name and surname. this contract shows i took out t a iphone when i have never never in the world stepped in Telkom store for a contract. This is ********** that Telkom is doing, They allowed a stranger to take out a contract with my own Pay slip, Copy of ID, Bank statement without verifying all they wanted was a sale. I went to Telkom store in Rosebank they couldnt help me they gave me bad bad service, instead they told me to go to Telkom in South Gate mall as the contract was done there. I had to take a day off from work which is very inconvient for me. when got to South Gate they couldnt even show me a hard copy of that contract, nor could they have answers, they gave me round arounds and excuses. If Telkom doesnt sort this thing out im taking this to the Media or to Speak Out Sabc Programme to help me out. I need answers i want it cancelled Asap.
