********** Case

On the 18th March 2015, I reported a ********** case at the Telkom Festival mall that an account has been opened under my name by submitting the police documents they wanted. I tried calling the branch to get the feedback, the line is never answered and their reply was that they are walk in customer focused and they don't answer the phone...Every month my money is taken our of my account and I always have to make time to go to the bank to reverse the money...Now all my saving including my whole salary is taken by stupid Telkom that changes reference all the time...if this is so Telkom why the hell do you change reference numbers?<br> <br> I need this to be resolved ASAP, I can not be going through this every month you are messing my CREDIT RECORD!!! <br> <br> Worst of all, no updates, no feedback nothing...
