Telkom's useless service with their greed for money is ridiculous. I owed R441 by the 1st Nov 2021 they now sent me an invoice of R1700 whilst I haven't used my month to month subscription since October.

I demand a written explanation of how my fees got to R1700 and an effective immediate cancellation of the subscription. I do not want any telephonic conversations as they are a total waste of time
