This is the 3rd Hellopeter report for the same case. Still not resolved. 3 case numbers lodged. All we get here is an automated response that it is being attended to. WARNING - the R99 for 5GB data special March offer is going to cost you R500 after your contract expires. This is exactly what my case is about on their previous offer. The service at Telkom is non-existent. They cannot supply handsets - 6 weeks overdue and I give them another 2 years before a total collapse.
