Good day, Kelly from Telkom call centre called me last week 8 July 2019 to offer me a personal home uncapped package for R 899.00. She also offered me the uncapped business package for R 599.00. (Kindly refer to the recording for confirmation). When I asked what the difference is between the personal home and business packages she advised that there is no difference and the business package is the same only cheaper because it's a business package... She called me back a few days later, offering me something completely different as she forgot that she actually spoke to me before. after I reminded her of our previous conversation she immediately advised that the business package is only available during working hours. I told her to cancel this deal as she knows that the deal I was looking for was mainly for after hours. I honestly did not have a problem if she mistakenly misinformed me, but her intentions became clear after the call was dropped. I assumed with good faith that the deal was cancelled, but unfortunately RAM couriers tried to deliver the router yesterday. After seeing that the package were from Telkom I scratched out my signature and advised the courier to return the package to Telkom. You tell me whether I'm wrong...? Kelly knowingly and **********ly send the package to me, thinking and hoping that I will just accept the deal. Not sure how your call centre commission structure work, but as if this was my company I would've been very concerned about this type of behaviour. Kindly please cancel this deal, before next have to be taken. Regards, Pierre Wolmarans ***
