********** behavior

Telkom is a big *********, beware before you even consider opening an account with them. they have been deducting my money for almost 2 years now for a phone that i do now own, the sim card is on an open which i do not have access to as when i escalated this to their accounts , they confirmed that the sim card is not in usage but they still continue to deduct my money and now i find myself in a compromising situation where i have to move my money in-between accounts and find myself paying honoring fees. After i threatened Telkom to expose them, they resolved the matter and for about 3 months i was free of telkom but then now its December and they debited me twice this month, i'm back in the same compromising situation of moving my money around and last night they tried to debit me again. This is clear that they are **********, i mean any authorized debit order immediately when you do a reversal, you suppose to receive a courtesy call but for the past 2 years now, they have not bothered even once instead i have been paying honoring fees as my bank said that they are unable to block them and their reason is that telkom is using different accounts and they money is not a fixed amount.
