********** ACTIVITY BY TELKOM & TRUDON

I would not suggest any person I know to utilise Telkom for any service. I was previously billed for "Directory entries" without my authorisation and without receiving a call from a consultant to offer the service. This is a 3rd party company, Trudon, who perpetrated such ********** activity. After calling Telkom, the billing was reversed on a future account. This Directory entry was again billed to my acount. As a result, I have paid my account excluding this ********** billing amount. Telkom has no handed over the outstanding amount to debt collectors with no interpersonal skills and who do not do any background check on the legitimacy of claims. On contacting Telkom re the above, the consultant advises me to contact Trudon to resolve the matter after I point out to him that Trudon is a third party contracted by Telkom, hence Telkom remains liable. I have also pointed out that this ********** behaviour is the second time and previously Telkom did reverse the first occurrence. I am now awaiting a callback from a "manager" who is in a meeting. Let's see if anything good comes of this...
