********** activity by telkom employees at account department.

I had a telkom mobile account which was written off in 2017 and meets the prescribed debt criteria therefore should be cleared off my name as nobody in the past 5 years has contacted me or have I made any promises to pay this account, Telkom has however **********ly updated my account at ITC to reflect the last payment received was 2020 when in actual fact no one has contacted me in years. I have phoned and emailed but it seems they just don’t respond and when they did answer they stated this account holder name was Annie which is not me and that the line was active when fact it was written off in 2017 no one is willing to help me and they keep updating ********** info at the credit bureau while someone else is using my account.
