I took a laptop contract with Telkom in June, when they were supposed to check the laptop and hand it over they found it was faulty and I was told it's being sent to the manufacturer for repair. I requested for the contract to be cancelled on the spot as I haven't been given the laptop and they refused. Since June to date I haven't recieved the laptop yet payment keeps going off on my account. No communication was given since the 11th of July when I was told it's on its way to Telkom Mall of Africa. I have been to the store 3 Times already and no proper feedback was given as to where the laptop it. I am highly disappointed in their services and would never recommend them.I still don't understand why one has to sign a document of goods received before they hand them over to you.
