********** act on my Telkom account

I feel that my details are not safe with Telkom. It is a second time i see added accounts that i know nothing about on my account. There are people who are able to order things from Telkom using my details and there is no communication on how this happens. If i didnt see them in time i would have seen when they are deducting my account. I am so furious right now, this means our data is tempered with and not safe at all. I want to cancel all the accounts i have with you guys.
