********** account /unauthorized debit

I have made Telkom aware of the debits they busy debiting from my account I didn't authorize them.A ********** account was opened in my name ;I took the necessary documents to Southgate Telkom branch as requested by them.They promised to stop the debits until the matter is resolved but to my surprise every two days they debit different amounts between R1500 - R10000.Case no's ********** 1/ ********** 3/ ********** 5/ ********** 4/ ********** 2/ ********** 0 and ********** 7.My last call was on 18-02-2019 13H10 they from 3 Jan 2019.
