********** account that Telkom does not want to close

We have a telkom account that was opened **********ly on our name. we have been trying since march to get this account closed and removed from our name.

We even opened a ***** case with the SAPS.

Telkom keeps on adding to the bill and does not want to close the account or investigate the matter further.

I think they are the most incapable human beings on the planet
