********** account opened in my absence

<p>Telkom has opened a fradulent account under my name in January this year,logged a complaint ,submitted all the "required"documents and i have since been told they are investigating. i can not do anything because it has messed up my credit scoring,investigating for months while someone's life is on hold.Very very weak controls and procedures,they run for opening accounts for commision and forget to verify or care to check if indeed the person opening the account is the actual person they are claiming to be. Bad bad bad!!!! service!!!!!</p>
