Telkom **********ly debits my account for a Fiber contract I never took up with them. I only have one contract of Huawei P30 taken April 2020. Reversing these unauthorised debits of 6K per month is costly and causing a financial burden on me. Every time I call I get referred to a different department. I'm tired of this and even when I stop the ********** debit, they change the reference number. Telkom please cancel the contract of the account number *** and investigate where the Fiber was installed and get the inside people working at Telkom that open these ********** accounts using our details arrested. I will Never pay for a service I Never received or a ********** contract. Fix your mess.
