On the 22nd November 18 I took out a cellphone contract with Telkom and shortly after getting a personal call, I requested the contact to be canceled and received a case number from Telkom, which by the following day a notification was sent to my phone to confirm cancelation of contract. If I did take out a device I'm sure the is a device, serial numbers also signatures to prove I took out a router however the branch still can't prove that.
