Since November telkom has been deducting money from my account. And I don't have contract with them. They also listed me on ITC. When I called in they say someone opened account on my name. And I never lost my ID. My case number is ***7. I lodged a complain about this ********** account on the 26th Jan but no one got bck to me on the matter. I sent through all relevant documents, copy of my ID and affidavit. I need this account to be removed on ITC and telkom to stop debiting from my account.
