********** Account and unauthorised deductions from Telkom

Terrible service! A ********** account was opened under my Telkom profile and deductions have been done form the past 4 months. I reported the issue and email documents to Mr Manyama at the call centre, it's been over a month now and the deductions are carrying on, no updates, no feedback. I sent a follow up email to Mr Manyama on the 15th and he didn't even bother to respond.
