********** account

It's been 2 years close to three years going up and down with Telkom, someone had opened a ********** account in my name and the account was listed when I was trying to buy a car only to find out that I have been listed , I called and told them that this is a ********** thing as I have no account with them , they said that they would do their investigations and to save time I asked them if they would refund me back after investigations coz I can't wait they said yes till today Telkom owes me and I am not getting any help from them can you please help
