A ********** Cellphone contract was open on my name at telkom last year 2014 in june.I have been listed on ITC for close to R11000.00 because of this *****-I had given through all neccessary docs that Telkom requested from me to prove that i did not sign up for the contract,that was 2 months back .I have not yet recieved any feedback from Telkom regarding the progress of the investigation-i had to phone AGAIN requesting a letter confirmining that theaccount is ********** but was told i can not get cause the case is still pending----NOW MY HOME LOAN APPLICATION WAS DECLINED BECAUSE OF THIS!!!Vey heartbreaking that one must suffer because of *********** Telkom consultant who could not scruitinise Application documents-VERY VERY UPSET
