I am so annoyed with Telkom. My documents were **********ly used to open a Telkom contract. I advised them 4 months ago, sent through an affidavit as they requested stating that I never took a contract account with them but today I woke up with a debit order of R774.66. Case number that was given to me ***6. No one has since came back to me to tell me the progress of the investigation after I was told investigations take 3 months it's more than 3 months, someone will contact me from the ***** department and you are still taking my money. I need all the monies you took refunded because that is the money for my other debit orders. If I don't get this sorted today I'm taking it further I'm really sick of this. Bring back my money because my debits need to go through
