********** account

A ********** account was open on my name and I am struggling for more than 2 months now to sort it out. the account/contract was taken out in November 2018. I went to the Telkom in mall of the south and telkom in joburg and they could not help me, I am on ITC because of this now. Telkom cant provide me with ANY contract or any proof where I took out the contract. I have send numerous emails and no one is helping me sorting this out. I have send / emails with all that was asked for and after 3 months its still not sorted
