********** acccounts on my name- Telkom is still *****ing my money

There were 3 ********** accounts opened on my name in September 2017. I opened a ***** case on 1 November because ridiculous amounts of money were taken from my account via debit order. I phoned Telkom and they told me that the investigation was done and I am not responsible for any of those accounts, the debt was written off . Even after they told me that I am not responsible for the debt the amount of R 27 000 was deducted from my account. I have phoned them almost a hundred times now. All they tell me is that they will escalate the matter. But still nothing changes. No one I spoke to during the hundred or so phone calls were able to assist me, even though they said that the ***** case was closed. I am so mad and frustrated by now. They are just USELESS!!!!!!!!!!
