There is ********** account showing Telkom NGN on my ITC, affecting my profile with 9 month arrears, I have never opened an account like that, I spend the all day yesterday inquiring @ Telkom , the Agent are not aware of this , and funny enough they are dropping the call on me with their usual bad customer service, I need help where do I report this and where can I sue Telkom for this ********** account .
