I was ****** of my cell phone. I needed to replace my phone URGENTLY as i needed a phone for my job. i decided to go to Telkom to take up a contract, i was told that i have an outstanding amount of R3000 with telkom since 2007 at my parents home. i have never owned a house, i lived in Johannesburg in 2007. I am frustrated and blue in the face from explaining to Telkom that i never in my life had any contract with them. They want me to now for the tenth time log a dispute with them, go to the police station and get an affidavit. To date Telkom, cannot provide me with a contract showing my signature.
