I took out a WI FI router special of R199 20GB on the 29 of August 2017 at Clear water Telkom. Today I am billed R1466.51 instead of R199. When I called I was told that on the 29 September I took out a contract of an IPhone 7. I never took out that contract I don't have an I phone 7. This is a ********** deal and can it be rectified urgently please and I need my refund urgently.
