Someone took out a contract on MY name that is NOT me! I went to the police station, got an affidavit to get this contract canceled. I specifically said in the affidavit that the iPhone 7 contract is mine but the data contract is NOT mine. Now because both contracts are under my account you guys decided to suspend BOTH and now I can’t use my SIM card for my phone!!!

Please explain to me HOW someone that is NOT me managed to change MY email address, physical address and add a phone number and take out a contract without me being aware of it?? Why must I live with the consequences of your incompetence?

You can gladly cancel my cellphone contract as this is becoming an issue for me which I need to try and sort out!!
