*****ulant numbers on my account
Last year on the 6 November 2017 my 3 cell phone contracts came to an end. I moved my services over to another service provider. Today I get a bill for over R7000. 00 from Telkom on 3 new numbers I have not requested neither did I ask for an upgrade and there is no evidence that I signed for new contracts. ICASA has a problem with their website and getting any communication from Telkom is like living on the sun - impossible. How do I deal with this, any advice please.
Original numbers: ********** 262 / ********** 482 / ********** 304 they were all taken on the same day in November 2015
New numbers not requested: ********** 342 / ********** 172 / ********** 614. I believe that there has been ********** activity taking place on my behalf as well as send an official complaint to ICASA. I have not received any of the mentioned numbers as stipulated in the statement. I want this matter cleared in 14 days or I will be forced to take action.
I have attached to two different invoices and you will clearly see that the original number where ported to Cell C and then there were 3 new numbers on the next range of invoices. What is evident is that that the same account has different cell phone numbers and when you phone the ********** 674 number it is not in existence. In my opinion this is ***** and now they handed me over to ITC
I have at numerus times told the call centre I will not upgrade my contract and there in no proof on me signing a new agreements as stipulated by the credit act and no RICA done on the new numbers.
