*****ulant Accounts Opened In Store

I would like to find out how it is that someone in Cape Town opened a telkom account in my name when i live in Amanzimtoti, Does telkom not verify peoples details?????? as far as my current telkom accounts it took me so much documentation just to acquire these accounts how is it that someone can get a Samsung S8 on my name in a town i have never even been to ever???? This is absolutely disgusting how Telkom can just open accounts no verification no payslips no proof of address nothing in Cape Town. I would like this situation to be rectified now as i am not going to suffer credit related implication due to lack of care or monitoring of staff processing ******* accounts without confirmation of any sort........ My details have even been changed on my account to that of a cellphone number i have never seen before in my life The number in question is ********** 518.... I want this store to be investigated and this account removed from my name with immediate effect....
