<p>My nightmare started in February this year when money was debited in my account yet I have never had a contract with them. In March I submitted an affidavit to the Midrand branch stating that the cntract was ***** and I then phoned to check if the case was attended to and since I was promised they will contact me of which they never did. The debit orders stopped for a while but in October they started again, I am foever spending my time reversing them and sometimes they debit when there no money and they bounce back which cost me more money for return debit orders. </p> <p>As I am writting now there is a debit R5719.94 that just went out and on the 25 November they have debited R15000.00. I am tired of this it messing up my credit profile. And what really makes me angry is that I have never had any contract with them how thwy got my details I dont know. </p> <p>I want them to sort this mess, i dont need this.</p>
