*****uant acount was opened under my name at Telkom

I am really fed up with Telkom. ********** account was opened at Telkom on the 8th of December under my name and IPhone 11 and laptop was taken. to my surprize my I.D no is listed under South African ***** Prevention Service and I was assured that no one will open accounts under my name but Telkom approved the account. I have logged a call with Telkom on the 22 December and every time when I call to check how far is my case I get told that my case was not escalated. My case no is ***6.
