I tried to report telkom crime to the Hotline ***spoke to consultant number 3 which refused to accept my report, referring me back to customer care. Problem description: I recently upgrade my ISDN line to Fiber, the technician didn't provide a new fiber router as per contract, he just used my old router. This is the theft I wanted to report. Please investigate asap
