I've been billed a daily fee that no one has bothered to educate me about. When I called the call centre their first consultant hung up on me cause she couldn't explain. Today Thuba told me the additional amount is for a third party subscription and does not know how it came about. So telkom gives third party companies access to our private information to subscrib us to contracts we know nothing about and in turn give a we don't what transpired as a reason, PATHETIC service if you ask me - never again?!!!!!!
