On 09/01/2021 I received my regular credit report and noticed and noticed the a Telkom Mobile account has been added to my profile. I have never in my life had any dealings with Telkom Mobile. Upon investigating a little more I discovered that someone opened and account with my name and ID, I want to the nearest Telkom Mobile Shoo (Forest Hill and was informed that they don't even have a way to report *****. Having been a victim of Identity ***** in the past I provided proof of identity and residence and an Affidavit. However, I was given Telkom numbers to phone which was of no/very little help. I asked how could someone open an account without the necessary ID proof of residence etc. and was informed that it was done online.. Now this is repflecting as a bad account on my credit report and TELKOM MOBILE IS OF NO HELP AND I AM IN THE PROCESS OF REPORTING THEM UNDER THE RECKLESS LENDING PROTOCALLS!!!! NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME TILL NOW!!!!

It is 26/01/2021 and nobody has contacted me still!!!
