I really don't understand what is happening at Telkom, last month I set my spending limit to R1.00 for it to be effective this month of July.. shortly after my contract data was depleted I realised that I still have a spending limit of R400... I decided to buy their promotional data of 6.5GB for R74 which was due to expire on the 11 July. That's the only time I used the spending limit that was not changed even though I requested for it to be reduced. Today I see my spending limit has been reached, how I don't know cause I still have my promotional data... what kind of ********** activity is telkom involved in now... I'm livid and I refuse to pay for the *****ed behavior... it is never smooth sailing with telkom and I can't wait for my contract to expire... I need agent feedback on this issue.
