Telkom only cares about squeezing money out of their clients, I've been billed more than our agreed amount for my data package. I've called their call center several times to get clarity and I get told the matter will be escalated. No formal feedback received thus far just an sms advising that the matter has been resolved and only for me to have the same problem the following month. If you want peace of mind, don't go with Telkom their service is appalling.
