I took out a contract over the telephone where I was told its a data sim card only with a sms benefit . I was told I will only pay R 99 FOR THIS BENEFIT just to find out my debit is over R300 , I called last week to get a statement for this and ask how it was possible because the consultant told me several times of the price , until now I did not get a statement or the recording I requested as I was mislead by their sales consultants
