I believe that my bank account and bank card are and have been compramised by a Field Consultant named Lunga on Saturday the 26th of March 2022 at Parow Centre. He took pictures of my bank card and explained that he would complete the application when he get home and this was infront of his trainer. On Sunday the 27th of March 2022, R3000 was withdrawn from an ATM at Parow Centre while I was not near the centre. Spoke to Discovery Bank and they advised they cannot do anything. I want to know is this how you train your staff to take pictures and rob them. I am already going through counseling for my anxiety, depression and stress. Furthermore the withdrawal that was actioned was actually my childrens maintenance money and traveling for school. I would like Telkom to compensate with more than just the R3000 but with R15000 as you have disrupt my life and my children need to suffer from education and food. I need someone to contact me soon.
